Description

CalGuard DW 4003 is a solvent deposited rust preventive with dewatering properties. The thin soft residual film provides effective protection against corrosion for short term and in process storage. It’s dewatering action is most effective if the components to be protected immersed in a dip tanks. The bath life gets extended due to it’s strong de-watering action.

Application

CalGuard DW 4003 is suitable for use on ferrous and non-ferrous products after machining with water based coolants or any such operation for short term protection.
CalGuard DW 4003 can be removed from the surface easily using neutral or alkaline cleaners.
